We want your Little Sparks, Big Hearts order to arrive with plenty of time for the celebration. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled when something does not go as planned.
Where We Ship
The destinations currently available for an order are shown during checkout. If checkout accepts your delivery address and presents a shipping method, we can generally ship the selected items to that destination. Availability may vary by product, fulfillment location, carrier, or destination.
Processing and Shipping Estimates
Orders begin processing as soon as reasonably possible after payment is accepted. Any processing, shipment, or delivery estimate shown on a product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation, or in a shipping notice is an estimate unless we expressly state that it is guaranteed.
Some products are prepared or fulfilled by different partners, so processing times may vary by item. Unless a different shipment time is clearly stated, we expect merchandise to ship within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you submit your order. Rates may depend on the products ordered, package size or weight, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier service.
Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the terms shown with that promotion and may exclude certain products, destinations, or expedited services.
Orders May Arrive Separately
We curate products from multiple makers and fulfillment partners. Items from the same order may be packaged and shipped separately, arrive on different days, or use different carriers. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments after checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address or contact method associated with your order. A carrier may need time to scan a package before tracking activity appears. Split shipments may generate more than one tracking number.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.
Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Delays and Cancellations
Carriers, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, customs, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. If we learn that we cannot ship within the time promised—or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated—we will notify you and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
International Orders
If international shipping is offered at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the recipient's responsibility where permitted by law. Customs processing may also affect delivery timing.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a package appears to be missing, or an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the order and work with you and the carrier or fulfillment partner on an appropriate resolution.
